Welcome to Duggie Tech ("we," "us," "our," or "the people who sold you a bag of parts and a dream"). By browsing, buying, downloading, printing, flashing, soldering, hot-gluing, or otherwise messing with anything on this website, you by ("you," "the user," "the builder," "the person holding the soldering iron sniffing lead") agree to the following terms. Read them. Or don't. But they still apply.

1. What We Are

We sell DIY BLUE TEAM tech kits, our stuff dosent harm dosent deauth, dosent jam, it detects it and warns you fuckery is afoot. 

You will find components, gadgets, and 3D printed cases and parts. That's it. We hand you the ingredients. What you cook with them is your business.

2. Build At Your Own Risk

This is the whole thing in one sentence: you build it, you use it, you buy it, you own the consequences of misuse.

• Our kits, guides, wiring diagrams, cases, and instructions are provided as-is, with no guarantee they'll work for your specific hardware, firmware, power supply, or level of caffeine or zyn intake.
• Components may arrive slightly different from photos, guides, or your imagination.
• A guide that worked for us might not work for you because you're using a different board, a knockoff chip, or a power brick of questionable origin.
• If you follow a tutorial and it bricks, burns, browns-out, boots-loops, or makes a funny smell — that's part of the hobby. Welcome. ALL HAIL the scrap yard in the SKY

3. Don't Be A Dumbass

The golden rule. If something breaks because you:

• plugged 12V into a 5V rail,
• reversed polarity "just to see,"
• skipped the step that said "do this first,"
• used a 3D printed case as a structural load-bearing element to fix that table wobble,
• printed in the wrong material and watched it melt,
• or just yolo'd it off a roof,

...then it's on you. Not us. We'll still help if we can, but we're not liable.

4. Don't Create Havok

You agree to use our stuff responsibly. Specifically, you will not:

• Fry your own house wiring and blame us.
• Run a crypto miner on a case we said was for a Raspberry Pi and then complain about thermals.
• Start an electrical fire and sue us for emotional damage.
• Take a kit meant for hobby use and deploy it in a life-safety, medical, aerospace, or "if this fails people die" application without doing your own homework.
• Resell our stuff as your own without giving credit, like my damn 3.5 case, radio test code, if you're feeling human today a @ means alot. We won't hunt you down either way. Probably because we are chill like that.

5. No Warranty (The Legal Version)

Everything is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and "will actually work on the first try."

We do not warrant that:

• your build will function,
• your solder will stick,
• your firmware will cooperate,
• your components are free of defects,
• or that you'll be happy with the result.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duggie Tech shall not, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or "my cat knocked it off the bench" damages arising from your use of our products, kits, files, or guides.

This includes, but is not limited to: dead components, dead boards, dead SD cards, dead batteries, dead projects, lost data, lost time, lost weekends, singed fingers, and mild existential dread. and most important to many red bulls, or zyns. consume at your own risk.

Our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us. If you paid nothing, our liability is, correspondingly, nothing. Free downloads up top. 

7. Refurbished & Resale Items

Items sold as refurbished, used, pulled, or resale are exactly that. They may show wear, may be cosmetically imperfect, may have been through things. They were tested to the best of our ability (or disclosed as untested), and sold at a price that reflects the risk. You knew what you were buying.

8. 3D Printed Parts

3D printed parts are printed, not molded, not machined, and not magic.

• Layer lines are normal. They are not a defect.
• Tolerances are "hobby grade." If you need aerospace tolerances, buy aerospace parts.
• Strength, heat resistance, and UV stability depend on the material and your environment. PLA in a hot car is a science experiment, not a bug.
• Files (STLs, STEPs, etc.) are licensed for MY use unless stated otherwise. If you acquired them,  Print them, remix them, sell prints of them — just don't claim you designed them. LIKE MY 3.5 CASE

9. Intellectual Property

Our guides, photos, logos, and original designs are ours. Third-party designs, firmware, and open-source projects belong to their respective owners. Respect the licenses. Don't be that guy.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms whenever. The "Last Updated" date up top is the tell. Continued use after changes = you accept them. No email, no fanfare. unless the flux capacitor is used to get to 88 mph

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Earth, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Aliens not covered. 

12. The TL;DR

• Build at your own risk.
• Don't be a dumbass. If you are, that's on you.
• Don't create havok.
• We're not liable for your project, your parts, or your choices.
• Have fun. That's the point.
